Båstad, November 4, 2025. Following a record-breaking edition with over 15,000 visitors, a world premiere, and cars never before seen in Scandinavia, The Aurora will return to Norrviken Gardens for its third edition on June 26–28, 2026. Early-bird tickets are available now with a 30% discount throughout November.
In just three years, The Aurora has established itself as one of Europe’s most dynamic automotive and cultural events. At its heart lies the dual-concours — where timeless classics are displayed alongside the world’s most advanced hypercars.
Surrounding this core experience is a curated weekend of design, fashion, art, and maritime lifestyle, spanning both Norrviken Gardens and Båstad Harbour. The 2026 edition promises more international participants, new partnerships, and an expanded program that continues to push boundaries.

Highlights from 2025
The 2025 edition hosted the world premiere of the Koenigsegg Sadair’s Spear, alongside four of BMW’s most iconic Art Cars by Warhol, Calder, Lichtenstein, and Koons. Rare prototypes such as the BMW X5 Le Mans V12 and the E46 M3 Touring prototype were also showcased for the first time in Scandinavia.
A defining moment came during the Saturday Black Tie Gala, where a charity auction raised over SEK 2 million for HRH Princess Sofia’s Project Playground. Among the auction items was an exclusive allocation for the BMW Speedtop, unveiled earlier this year at Concorso d’Eleganza Villa d’Este.

Koenigsegg Sadair’s Spear revealed for the first time at The Aurora 2025.
In the concours competition — a celebration of automotive artistry — a 1968 Lamborghini Miura P400 claimed top honors in the Classic Car Concours, while the first customer Koenigsegg CC850 triumphed in the Hypercar Concours. Beyond the concours lawn, The Aurora Showfield gathered over 400 cars, ranging from custom builds to contemporary supercars, creating a vibrant celebration of automotive passion.
The Aurora Talks brought together influential names such as Andrea Zagato, Domagoj Dukec, Armand “Mondo” Duplantis, HRH Princess Sofia, and Christian von Koenigsegg, further cementing The Aurora’s role as a cultural platform as much as an automotive one.

Looking ahead to 2026
The upcoming 2026 edition will raise the bar once again, featuring:
• Expanded Classic Car and Hypercar Concours with new judging classes
• A larger and more diverse Aurora Yacht Show in Båstad Harbour
• An extended Aurora Talks series with international speakers across multiple industries
• A reimagined Aurora Showfield, featuring curated displays and entertainment for all audiences

Leadership comments
“The Aurora has become a stage where collectors, brands, and creators tell their most important stories. 2026 will be our most ambitious edition yet,” says Filip Larsson, CEO of The Aurora.
“Our double concours is about more than cars – it’s about context. We create experiences that connect design, craftsmanship, and performance. Next year, we’ll take it one step further,” says Marcus Berggren, Car Curator & Head of Automotive PR.
“Judging is strict, but the atmosphere remains welcoming. Guests can expect new classes, beautifully preserved classics, and hypercars of extraordinary rarity,” adds Michel Franssen, Concours President.
