DUX presenterar legendaren Karin 69 i ny, elegant klädsel

DUX, som firar 100-årsjubileum 2026, har tittat i sitt rika arkiv av designmöbler och plockat fram legendariska fåtöljen Karin 69, klädd i en retroinspirerad textil, men med siktet ställt mot framtiden och det moderna hemmet. 

Bruno Mathsson designade denna eleganta fåtöljklassiker 1969 och den kom att bli den första möbeln i ett samarbete som varade i flera decennier. 

Karin 69 är originalet – fyra år senare kom Karin 73. Karin 69 har knappar i rygg och sits, medan Karin 73 har djuphäftade dynor, vilket ger ett karaktäristiskt retroinspirerat uttryck. Gemensamt för båda designklassikerna är den höga komforten och det tidlösa utseendet, som visat sig passa såväl i en klassisk, skandinavisk miljö, som i ett modernt och minimalistiskt hem.  

Just komforten är smått unik, då Karin-fåtöljerna har bekväma, stoppade plymåer som vilar på ett kromat underrede med bärande väv. I serien finns även en pall och bord med stenskiva, samtliga med den välbekanta stommen i stål.

Det nya utförandet ökar DUX utbud av möbelklädslar och tillgodoser nya smakpreferenser och inredningsstilar. Ett klimatsmart sätt att följa med i tiden med en tidlös ursprungsdesign.

Tyget Passion tillverkas av Carlucci, 68% polyacryl, 29% polyester, 3% viskos, 70 000 Martindale.

Om DUX
Det svenska säng- och möbelvarumärket DUX historia sträcker sig till 1924 då Efraim Ljung besökte USA för att sälja choklad, men återvände med en idé om spiraler till sängmadrasser. Idag är DUX pionjärer när det gäller kunskap och utveckling kring komfort och sömnkvalitet. DUX drivs av den fjärde generationen Ljung och produktion sker i Portugal. DUX sängar och möbler säljs över hela världen och via ett 100-tal återförsäljare på den nordiska marknaden, samt genom den egna försäljningskanalen DUXIANA, med ca 80 butiker i 30 länder.
